Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Squat 5 sets 3 reps

WOD:  5 Rounds for time:
             -25 Unbroken Wall Balls 20#/10# (If you break do 15 burpees before continuing)
             -25 GHD Sit ups
             -50 Double Unders

Post Squat weight, time and # of burpees.
