Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Bench 3 sets 5 reps.  Use the same weight as Monday.

WOD:  3 rounds for max reps no rest between movements
             -30 seconds max reps chin ups
             -30 seconds max reps double unders
             -30 seconds max reps hand release push ups
             -30 seconds max reps double unders
             -30 seconds max reps push press 95#/65#
             -30 seconds max reps double unders
            Rest 5 minutes between rounds
            Total time 24 minutes

Post bench weight and total reps for each round.
