Warm up: Run or Row

Strength: Front Squat 5 sets 3 reps

WOD: 5 rounds each for time
-5 dead lifts 135#/75#
-5 hang power clean 135#/75#
-Sprint 100m
Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Post Front Squat Weight and time for each round.
