Strength:  Squat 4 sets of 10 (Compare to 1/06/2011)

WOD:  5 Rounds for time of:
             -50#/30# Dumbbell Walking lunge 10 alternating steps (20 total)
             -50#/30# Kettle swing

POST Time and squat weight!
