Warm up:  Run 1600m

Strength:  Bench 3 sets 20 reps (compare to 1/13)

WOD:  FOR TIME, Complete 75 Burpee Broad Jumps
            -For Men the broad jump should be 6'
            -For Women the broad jump should be 4-5'
            -You must Jump coming out of the burpee

Post weight for bench and time!
