WOD:  5 Rounds NOT FOR TIME!
             -5 Body Weight Bench
              Rest 20 seconds
             -5 Strict Pull Ups
              Rest 20 seconds
             -10 Bar Dips
              Rest 30 seconds
             -10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
     Rest 3 Minutes between rounds.

Post Bench Weight.
