Warm up:  10 Minutes Practice Double Unders

Strength:  Front Squat 4 sets 10 reps  (Focus on form and full depth!)

WOD:  5 rounds for time of:
            -30 GHD Sit Ups
            -25 Back Extensions

Post weight for Front Squat and Time.
