Strength:  Dead lift 3 sets 12 reps Tempo 3 count down, explode up.

WOD:  FOR TIME Complete the following!

             - Thrusters 95#/65#
             - GHD Sit ups
       
           200 Double Unders
      
           21-15-9
            -Wall Balls 20#/15#
            -Knees to Elbows

Post Dead Lift weight, and time!
