Warm up:  Run 10 minutes

Strength:  Squat 3 sets 12 reps Tempo 3 count down, explode up

WOD:  On the minute for 20 minutes complete
            -2 Dead Lifts 225#/155#
            -4 Pull ups
            -6 Ring Dips
            -8 Ab Mat sit ups

Post weight for squats and notes for wod!
