Strength:  Bench 4 sets 10 reps (Same as 3/02/2011)

WOD:  "V.D." 
              AMRAP 30 minutes
              -50 Double Unders
              -2 Rounds "Cindy"
                             -5 Pull ups
                             -10 Push ups
                             -15 Squats
              -20 Ball Slams
              -15 GHD Sit ups

Post Bench Weight and # of Rounds completed!
